My first review...yay! 
 For all of you that don't know what Lipcote is, basically, it's a clear lipstick or lipgloss sealer. I've had a few ups and downs with this product, so this will be quite a mixed review :)


I'll start off with a good note. It DOES work. My lipstick stayed on all day, until of course I decided to take it off! On the other hand, without a little lipgloss to go on top of it, it can dry your lips out a little bit...which sorta sucks.


Also, when I put this product on top of a lipgloss..all my lipgloss flaked off!! Luckily I was only moping around the house after a makeup tutorial so I didn't have a beauty disaster in the middle of town - hehe :) After that little faux pas I've decided to only wear it on top of lipsticks - just in case!


As for appearance in my lipstick, nothing changes when I apply Lipcote. If it's a shimmery lipstick then the product may become matte after - which I don't mind! I prefer matte to shimmery.


I do NOT recommend this product if you have chapped or cracked lips. It stings like HELL! It just wouldn't be worth the pain! 


Anyway, almost the end of this review :) I'll just go over the pros and cons of Lipcote!
Pros - 
It DOES work!
If you like matte lipsticks, it sometimes turns shimmery into matte! Oooo~!
It doesn't make removing your lipstick any different


Cons -
Dries out lips
Makes lipgloss turn flakey
It stings like heck if you have chapped or cracked lips!
